The hotel had a good breakfast with plenty of items to choose from. The room we had included central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was great and particularly good for Matsuyama, next to a tram station and Dogo Onsen Honkan and Dogo Onsen and surrounding shops and the trolley stop.

This is a boutique fairly clean hotel providing great value and stylish rooms. The employees are attentive and amiable. The breakfast was amazing, we loved a lot of meals. Its nestled in a lovely building with good location in The Dogo area of Matsuyama.

The hotel is located just a short walk from a famous hot spring and train station, making it a great place if you want to explore the town. The staff were very welcoming and helpful during my stay. The free mikan juice and yukata rental were a nice touch that made me feel like I was having an authentic experience.

Although the location was great, the room was a bit small and cramped for my liking. the cooling system in the room wasn't working properly and I found it a bit too warm at times.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, being in close proximity to nearby tourist attractions. the hotel had a really cool and unique feature in the lobby, where they offered different types of yukatas and towels for guests to use during their trip.

The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was that the room was a bit cramped, not allowing for much space to move around freely. Nonetheless, overall the experience was quite positive and we really enjoyed our stay in Matsuyama.
